Police Release Sketch of Serial Flasher

The Portland Police Bureau has released a forensic sketch of a man  suspected of exposing himself to several victims in Northeast Portland.  The latest incident happened Tuesday evening at Northeast 45th and Stanton.

The suspect has been described as a white male, 20 to 40 years old, 5'9" to 5'10" tall, 170 to 185 pounds, medium to heavy build, dark brown hair, scruffy face, wearing a white t-shirt, blue or green boxer shorts, and dirty old running shoes.

In one incident, a possible suspect vehicle was reported to be a gray to gold to brown larger American sedan.

North Precinct officers are actively investigating these incidents and are providing extra patrol to the neighborhood. A North Precinct Sergeant worked with some witnesses to develop the suspect sketch.

Area residents are asked to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. Additionally, if any residents in the area of this incident have residential surveillance cameras, investigators are asking them to check recordings for any possible images of the suspect.

Anyone seeing this suspect or encountering him is asked to immediately call 9-1-1. Anyone with non-emergency information should call (503) 823-3333.
